All Ford Nationals at Carlisle

[CBIRD]

We were at Carlisle this past week end, but left the Bird home and drove the '55 Regency Purple and Snow Shoe White, Ford Sunliner. Walked over to the T bird club and was looking at a yellow 2002 Bird. Within 5 minutes we met and enjoyed talking to about six other 2002 bird owners. The main topic of discussion was the scrathes under the top. All liked their new Birds. Saw one for sale in the car corral. Asking $44,000. Don't know why any one would pay over sticker price, as now you can find them at several dealers for MSRP.

CBird-it was nice chatting with you on Sat.
VicRattlehead-thanks for posting the great photo of our car.
We had a great time. There were less than 10 new Birds on the show field-hopefully we will have more next year. I found it interesting how much interest the car(s) generated. Many folks had never seen one up close, and in some cases not at all, until this weekend.
