assuming you are referring to the compressor, the front seal does seem to have a tendency to fail, I'd check the alignment (belt) and insure it's not off balance.

I just put a new heater control valve on my 2003 thunderbird. My air conditioner seems to blow hot air on one side the other cold. If I lower the temperature it blows cold but if I raise the temperature it’s hot immediately. Plus tried to do a vacuum fill but only got a gallon put in. It runs fine. Any suggestions?

the air condition does not work anymore. It is not the compressor, it has to do with the modul or sensor which should be inside. Did anyone have the same problem? How do I get to this part inside the car. Do I have to open the complete dashboard? Does for TB exist a manual how I can get to this part to be replaced and where it is. Do I still get those spare parts? thanks in advance for your information.

2002 A C blows cold on driver side and warm on passanger side? Have tried hold down both side and ran up to hot then down to cold, disconnect battery didn’t change0

I located the port w/the tbird up on ramps (way easier than solid ground).
Is it necessary to HOLD the hose attachment of the refrigerant can when it’s connected to the Lowside port? I confirmed the cap I removed had “L” upon it but fit wasn’t great, had to use both hands to press the attachment on while depressing the cap to engage the collar.
**I think the attachment was loose and I shot half the can in the general area.
I used “Blaster” refrigerant from Napa (R134a). Thanks in advance.

Could the connector be disconnecting because the system is full? should I have evacuated the system first? Thanks. (03 thunderbird btw)
