I have removed the engine and working on repairing leaking cruise control bellows. Car was built in February and I can’t find a 4 inch bellows anywhere all the ones available are 3 inch. Is this an aftermarket cruise control or Is it something that’s just been cobbled together?2C4C38D9-616A-472A-BB80-B92569D15525.jpeg

Any ford numbers on any of it? The parts don't appear to be shade tree created from the picture.

No p/n, not sure what year cruise came out. My 1964 Bird was built in February maybe I got the prototype. LOL

Cruise control WAS an option in 1964 and 2 speedometer cables were used on cars with Cruise control. Lower cable ran to the cruise unit and the upper cable ran from the cruise to the speedometer head. A special fluid was used in the cruise unit. It is available from some suppliers,

My dad had an early 1964 Thunderbird, bought it new, he claims that he had the cruise control deactivated after it took over the throttle on the 405 on an offramp one time in the southbay area of Los Angeles. That was a pretty cool car.
