56 Tbird try to put back bumper and brackets on

My husband Don and I are new to this computer posting. Trying to get information on putting back on the 56 tbird back bumper. It was removed 31 years ago and has been sitting in garage all this time with all the trim and chrome off. We have put most back on but not sure where some of these brackets go. Have looked in the manuals found the parts but it does not show where they need to go. Any info would be welcome

Thank you Funny story we found out the extra parts were actually to our 56 chevy pick up. Thats what happens when you wait 31 years to get running and back together.
