Washer pump stopped working, installed new pump but still not working. Checked owners man for fuse location and it does not show a fuse for the washer pump. I checked online and could only find for a 2002 which says it is #25 however when I check that fuse it is good. Any one have better info?

Strongly suggest buying a workshop service manual. Cheap and filled with information!

The windshield washer is activated by the windshield wiper motor module when it receives a ground signal from the multifunction switch washer input.

Attached is the pinpoint test for an inoperative windshield washer pump. After completing this pinpoint test if your windshield washer pump still doesn't operate you will probably need a windshield wiper motor module.

I'm just guessing here based on some experience with other vehicles.

First did you check other fuses?
Are you able to check for voltage at the pump wiring connector?

Not quite sure if there is a module based on the pinpoint test text or if there is electro-mechanical as part of the motor. I'm guessing your wipers still work in general. Do they work when you try to wash? If they do and if pinpoint test indicates no voltage at pump and no wiring or ground problems then.... If the motor truly does somehow enable the pump, you might be able to disassemble the washer motor/electrical area. Of course getting the wiper motor out is usually a pain.

Also possible the wiper/washer switch in the steering column is faulty. Sometimes contacts get a little corroded or worn and don't make good contact. Again it may be possible to rejuvenate if you can get the switch apart.
