I notice a flapping sound coming from rear drivers side soft top. Only happens with the window all the way down. I searched and there’s a lot of talk about weatherstripping and the window. This is like a flapping, almost sounds like the seat belt flapping against the seat but it’s not. This is coming from top up, drivers rear corner, window open. Obviously wind coming in with top up and drivers window down is causing it. Is there a stay inside the top that could be loose? Any advice would be appreciated. Ed

Since this happens with the top up, could there be a tear in the well that the top drops into? You wouldn't ever notice with the top up unless you were actually looking. Just a shot in the dark.

I get a buffeting sound in my Chrysler if I only open the driver’s window. Air comes in and is trapped. It goes away if I open a second window. Try opening the passenger window. It’s worth a shot.
