Has anyone replaced the steering rack?
If so are there any problems doing it?
Thanks

I agree with @biddle, because of all of the precautions and service notes, you should have a service manual before you begin. One precaution that most people forget about is to not allow the steering wheel to rotate while the intermediate shaft is disconnected from the steering rack or damage to the clockspring can result. Hold the steering wheel in the straight-ahead position using a suitable holding device.
