2004 EMC What does it control?

Yes I am My right brake light and blinker are not working. Engine light is on with code 171. Cigar lighter and drivers seat warmer are not working. Could this be the FEM?

P0171 FORD Possible Causes What does this mean?
Intake air leaks Faulty front heated oxygen sensor Ignition misfiring Faulty fuel injectors Exhaust gas leaks Incorrect fuel pressure Lack of fuel Faulty Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor Incorrect Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) hose connection

Fuse location for heated seats. in side cabin passenger side right kick panel.
For cigarette lighter, fuse in box under the hood.

Look up the location in the owners manual. or google search.
