2004 Disabling Warning Chimes

I have a 2004 Canadian built bird and it has two features I'd like to change. One is the warning horn when backing up ( also sounds when keys are left in the ignition ) and the headlights which are always on. Can either of these issues be addressed or do I just live with them?
