Has anyone installed a "Dead Pedal" in their retro? My knee tends to ache holding my leg in an awkward position. I think a Dead Pedal would help alleviate the pain of too much basketball on hard surfaces, too little cartilage, and just plain old-age. If you have installed one, were you happy with it? What brand did you use? Many thanks in advance.

Of course, I forgot to mention that this dead pedal would be for the left foot, naturally...
