I have a 2004 retro , ac blow warm to hot and sometimes cool. I have already replaced the coolant valve assembly in the engine bay . Could this be a blend air door module malfunction, if so where is the module located and how hard is it to get to ? The compressor is running fine and is cycling properly.

I'm having the same EXACT issue with my 2005, so I'm interested in this answer! It's the only thing wrong with the car.

My 2005 is blowing hot air all the time, also. Have replaced coolant valve assembly and did not change problem. Have checked all fuses and circuits. Hate to take it to Ford dealer, as I think they would not have anyone familiar with the hvac system. HELP
