2003 Speedometer stops at 20 mph

My speedometer only goes to 20 mph then stops any ideas.

I would get a good OBDC scanner and check any error codes thrown, some auto places will do the test for yu.
The 2002 has moving needle, analog-appearing gauges, don't know about the 2003 but
let's hope its not the speedomete gauger mechaism itself (e.g. the instrument cluster), If not perhaps the issues is in the ABS/TC (Anti-Lock Brake/Traction Control System) which could just be a sensor. (If you're lucky).
