2003 How to eject stuck CD?

Other than the air conditioning quit working (only blows beastly hot air now) and the cd player has my best cd's in it and quit playing abruptly while listening to it and driving, I love my 2003 white T-Bird and so does everyone else. I get thumbs up every time I take it out even in the bumper to bumper traffic here in Ft Lauderdale. Anyone know how to get those cd's out of that good for nothing cd player??
