2003 Engine Cranks but will not start

My 03 bird has something going on that’s keeping it from starting. When the key is turned to the position right before cranking, a blower turns on under the hood and winds up to full speed before cranking. If the car is cranked while the blower is active, it will not start no matter what. It will crank, but sounds like it’s getting no fuel. If you mess with it for long enough (~30 minutes), it will eventually not engage the blower and then the car will fire in 2-3 tries. This means turning the car from the 1st to 2nd position a ridiculous amount of times. Obviously this isn’t sustainable, but the issue is certainly linked to whether the blower decides to run or not. I am relatively good at DIY mechanic projects and can check anything I can reach. I am hoping this makes sense to someone with more expertise as I’m not familiar with the mechanisms that align to fire the car up. Let me know if anyone has any questions. This would be a blessing to fix. Cold temperatures don’t seem to help.
Step 1: Amazon for a Blue Driver OBD II code reader. Step 2: Use it. Become familiar with it and the codes it will provide and your relationship with your T-Bird will significantly; she will tell you why she feels cranky and you can then comfort her and assuage her needs. No foolin'. Throwing parts, money, and time will only frustrate you both.

Cranks but won’t fire. Doesn’t seem to be getting gas.

I checked the inertia switch but it hasn’t been tripped.

checked the fuel pump fuse and it’s good.

The pump isnt running , I thought maybe the fuse or the switch, just hoping for an easier solution

There is a schrader valve on the fuel rails. With caution, you can check to see if there is adequate pressure at that point. If there is no pressure, you can manually jump the relay and listen to see if the pump is running for just a second or two. If there is no noise, you are ready to move on and inspect the pump wiring or remove the pumps.

OK, I did something really stupid!!! I had my 2003 Thunderbird running (to warm up the engine) and while it was running, I was in the engine bay, fuse box, looking for a blown fuse. I pulled a 15 amp fuse, and the engine died. The fuse wasn't blown, so I turned the key off, put the fuse back in it's slot, and then attempted to restart the car. All the lights come on, I turn the key and the engine will crank, but will not fire. When I turn the key off, the panic alarm goes off. I can shut the alarm off with my fob. I've tried disconnecting the battery in the trunk to see if the electronics would reset, but after reconnecting and trying again, it still won't start.

OK ... I can just hear it now ... what did I screw up? Does anyone have any idea on what to do to resolve it, or will it require being towed to the Ford dealer for diagnostics and hopefully some reasonable fix.

Go easy on me .. I realize I was stupid for pulling the fuse with the engine on. I've already used all the four letter words I know at myself .... LOL HELP!!!
Pull both cables off of battery and zip tie together for 10 min or 15 then cut and reinstall this will reset the computer and should start

Pull both cables from battery and Zip tie them together leave them for an hour then separate and reinstall on Battery, This resets the computer and fixes most all troubles on 2003-2005 models including Pats key problems
