Trunk Release 2.jpg

Check fuses F2-30 and F4-01 in the Central Junction Box. When the luggage compartment release switch is depressed a ground signal is sent to the Front Electronic Control Module. The FEM sends a signal to the Rear Electronic Control Module via the CAN communication lines. The REM sends power to the luggage compartment lid release solenoid opening the trunk.

Does anyone know what fuse supplies power to the drivers side door trunk release?
When you post to the forum, summarize what your post is about in the subject. "2002 Ford Thunderbird---fuses" could be anything. Also since we are an all Ford Thunderbird site, you can omit the make and mode. I revised your subject.
