Season 4, Episode 13 is called Second Chances - it's on CNBC. Toward the end of the program during Donald Osborne's "Assess and Caress" segment, he appraises a 2002 Thunderbird.

I don't think they ever mentioned condition and mileage.. If it's a "new" clean with under 3,000 miles I can see it..
