2002 TBird Pump Actuator for Cooling System: Where Can I Find??

My 02 TBird has been at the dealership for over 3 months because they cannot find a pump actuator for the cooling system. They are “assuming” this is what’s wrong with my car since it overheated this summer.

Can anyone help to find this part? Or is there an alternative replacement or repair option? Or am I just out of luck and need to retire my TBird?
