Hi Doug, thanks for your response. Kinda out of options here. All I have is my OBD scanner from Blue Driver. I rebuilt the FEM with Midwest Tek Mart as they came highly reviewed. It was tested and sealed- came with a report indicating what was repaired as well. No other issues i have with components that would fail under a faulty FEM, which leads me to believe it is fine. Seems like a lot of folks are having this issue. Might have to find a specialist in south florida somewhere.
