Pondering over buying, on EBay, chrome moldings for doors, front and rear tail lights.

My mom asked me about the idea, which I gave a thumbs down because the chrome, or stainless steel, is taped on, which in my opinion will peel off either in the hot summers, or from washing.

Anybody apply these ad on’s? If you did, what are your opinions?

Like Laura, when I bought mine, it had every cheap plastic chrome add on available. The quality of most of this bling does not even hint of coming with the car originally. Ironically, I have left the plastic chrome on the door handle while removing the ghastly surround. To each their own I guess.
