Is there anything I can do to restore my headlights?

Problem with those things is its only a temporary fix. The issue is the sunlight causing a chemical change (oxidation) in the outer layer of the headlight lens. Another more permanent method is taking some high grit sand paper and water and carefully sand off a couple millimeters of the plastic. Until you get through the part where the sun discolored the plastic. It can be daunting, but it can be done. There is many videos of it on youtube if you need some help.
 
Don't laugh, but try this. Get some bug repellent with DEETS, spray on rag and rub. Don't spray directly on light.
