1979 Ford Thunderbird, 351M, Automatic, PS, PDL. I am the third owner, the previous owner had is since 1982. The car is almost 40 years old but in great shape overall, 142k miles (at least, 5 digit odometer), almost no rust except some surface rust on the hood and a little rust on the inside of the deck lid. Runs and drives great, rides very smooth, could make a great daily driver. New battery, new brakes (rotors, pads, shoes, master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders), new belts, freshly rebuilt carburetor, fresh tune-up (new cap, plugs, wires, rotor), new driveshaft u-joints, new thermostat, recent transmission work (new seals, fluid flush).
Now for the issues on this car:
-Headlight doors do not work, the actuators work and hold vacuum but the vacuum switch at the interior headlight switch does not work. They are disconnected at the switch so they remain open.
-Headliner is falling down and carpet needs to be replaced.
-Power locks do not work.
Asking $1200 obo. Located in Everett, WA.
