Front bench seat coming out for carpet replacement. Would fit through door opening easier with head rest removed. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The bench seat is very heavy! Get some help removing it. Carpet is two pieces. Also check behind the rear passenger seat back. You may get lucky and find the original build sheet. Also if you are pulling up the carpet I would recommend tearing out the old insulation on the floor and installing new stuff. Also gives you a chance to check for pin holes, rot or corrosion anywhere underneath the carpet. floor 1.jpg
