1964 Convertible deck lid motor wiring

Quick question here. I found a loose wire off my deck lid motor. It is black and comes of the drivers side end of the deck lid motor. Where do I attach it? It looks like a ground but I need to be sure. See attached image (note I put the new blue end on it)

From what I see it should be grounded to the screw at the relay hold down and yes it is a ground
