I am fortunate in that I have a car lift to rejuvenate a dormant 64 Bird. Looking under car I could not find 4 good points to place lift arms that does not appear to potentially damage car. Does anyone have experience in lifting car and contact points for the 4 pads. Thank you and stay healthy.

Get a service manual. And be aware that the fuel line runs on the frame under the passenger door and is easy to crush.
