I'm rebuilding the front suspension. Thinking about replacing the stock coil springs & shocks with a coilover kit. Looking for any experience, guidance and recommendations. Only want to do this once.
Thanks

I don't know anyone who has done that, but it can't be that difficult. I have thought about suspension upgrades myself, so what advantages are you looking at?

The current front end rattles when going over rough roads (hard ride) and floats up and down when on the highway. I would also like to lower about an inch. I’m sure just replacing the old components will improve the ride, but will not help with lowering the front end. I’m going to upgrade to the 1-1/8” sway bar. Still debating on which way to go with the springs and shocks.
