The seller to my 60 T-Bird convertible sent me the drum brakes that he replaced with disc brakes. Is there any point or resale value to keep them?

When you post to the forum, your subject should summarize what your post is about. "1960 drum brakes" could be anything. I will revise it.

The only reason to keep them would be if the new buyer expresses a death wish. Otherwise, be very grateful your seller had the good sense to convert.
If you have drum change to dual master and purporting valve dont ever leave the little rubber out of the adjuster hole .adjust often. This is thebest you can do with drum.
