I just changed the fluid in my differential and while I had the car up, I thought I would grease the universal joint just before the differential. I see no zerk to pump grease into. Is this U-Joint greased?

U-joints come both ways. Originals were greased but replacements can be "sealed for life", meaning the life of the joint. If it's not loose or leaking you should be good to go.

Revised your title.
