What should the two hoses coming out of the top of washer fluid bag attach to? One seems to go to the pump valve on the floor near the clutch pedal. The other hose is just hanging under the dash. What does it connect to? I would think to the squirters, but not sure, where that would be.

Check for the tube going to the washer connection to the windshield.

The larger hose goes from the pump to the bottom nipple on the washer bag valve and the smaller hose goes through a hole at the top center of the firewall to a 'T' behind the radio to split it to the two washer nozzles.
