I bought some “Wheel Wax
For an other car with chrome wheels. Seems to work well but can’t think that using any polymer or good sealant wouldn’t work just as good!

The various waxes shown seem like they would be difficult to access inward spokes & inside of spokes without removing the wheels?

Yup spoked wheels are a PITA to clean and wax. My friend was using a laced wheel cleaning kit that used some kind of acid cleaning agent and neutralizer but after a few years it started to eat the chrome!
