1956 Shay Ford Thunderbird VIN help

The following VIN is affixed to what is supposed to be a Shay replica: P5FH198477 however, the Shay group says that is not a Shay VIN. I did find the VIN in the tbird registry but can't completely figure out the comment section regarding an ambiguous description. Can anyone here shed some light? Body is fiberglass....

someone removed a real t bird number and put on that automobile. No known FoMoCo birds with glass bodies.
looks like con job. just saying

Confirmed as a Shay after inspecting rear torque box configuration. VIN is also Shay. No rhyme or reason to their VINs
