Got them off tonight using the wife's hair drear at high heat for about three minutes at the upper right hand cornor and moving across the whole sticker, the left sticker came off in one section the left side broke and came off in fout sections. Cleaned it up with Goofoff to remove the glue and finished with Mother's vynal? teatment. Looks great.

3 minutes medium-high heat on one end using 1500 watt hair drier. Each sticker came off in one piece after 20 minutes of heating the leading edge. Done in one hour 15 minutes including cool down, application of goof off and vinyl treatment. Vinyl restored to original shape overnight. Vin 5001 built 11/1 delivered day after Thanksgiving.

Well I attempted this last weekend myself. Got one all the way off and the other half way before I quit because of a kink in the ol neck.

It does work, but found I had to heat it up very hot. To point of my fingers really felt the heat when I grabbed on to the sticker. When I pulled I felt like I was really streching the vinyl to the point of ripping. Mine sure didn't come off in one piece either.

But in summary it can be done if you hate the stickers as much as I do. Plan on getting the other half off and both cleaned up this weekend. Thanks for the idea TbirdT

Today I armed myself with the hair dryer and proceded to take the stickers off the visors. Though the heat gun might be too hot for this. I got both off with out too much trouble. Even in one piece. Now I can save them for whatever.

Took mine off yesterday. The left one came off in one piece in under 10 minutes. The right one came off in thousands of tiny pieces over a couple of hours.

As of this morning, my vinyl is still lumpy and warped looking. Has anyone else had theirs not go back into shape, or will it just take a while?

Sorry to hear that. Mine came off without any trouble and the vinal looks ok to me. Will save these stickers with everything else they saved off the car when it came in.

You know who we have to thank for the yellow stickers don't you? Uncle Sam.

Also, there are still hicks that stick little kids in the front seat. One elerly lady did it because she was just going to the grocery store, and she BACKED into a light pole and the airbags deployed. (it was a Dodge) I personally saw two lot guys at the dealership one morning bump an Escort and a used Neon together nose to nose at 2-5 MPH and the airbag deployed on the Dodge and broke the windshield and busted the buys mouth wide open.
