This is the case on many parts, the car is quickly approaching 20 years since the first one rolled off the assembly line. That part number says power steering cooler. You can still get the hydraulic cooling fan, and you
can get the fluid reservoir if that is what you need.

just spoke to Ford parts dept. they are calling this part a " fan cooler" part # XW4Z-3F749- BA its now obsolete for T-Bird & Lincoln
