First time I changed tops, the driver's window did not go all the way up. I took it into the dealer and he had a mechanic that happened to be familiar with the same mechanism on the Jag. He showed me how to reset that everytime I changed tops. I have looked all over in the manual and on the CD, and found nothing regarding this issue. Has anyone else experienced this?

This has been discussed many times here. Once in a while, mostly on a new car, the windows need to be re-programmed. It is covered in the manual and is very simple. Roll the window down, hold the switch for 2 seconds and then run it up and hold the switch for 2 seconds. The window is re-programmed. Everyone should become familiar with this process as well as some other programming options.
