Whining Rear End 2004 Tbird

My 04 Tbird's Rear has gotten louder and louder of late. I can hear the rear end as the speed goes up and down. I would think I need to add rear end lube, but there is no evidence of a leak. What do you suggest?

Had the same noise in my 04. Had Ford shop look at it and they said no problem. Traded it on an 03 this Spring and noise is gone.
