What is the convertible top of a 2002 Thunderbird made of?
I can't be specific but it looks like heavy duty tent fabric, most likely treated to make it rain proof. You might try looking at some companies sites that do that kind of work and it should tell you. My original top is in great shape, so I haven't spent any time thinking about that.

Haartz Twillfast canvas I've been trying to locate some for the 05 Cashmere "medium light Stone." If anyone knows were I could locate some please let me know.

It is acrylic cloth. The Retro-Bird top is three layer and was very modern when introduced, the same as high end Euro convertibles. It has an acrylic outer layer with a layer of insulation/sound deadening, and your cloth headliner.
