Do those who are currently responding realize that this trip took place fifteen years ago? The OP never told us how things went.

My woods and driver fit but i usually have to put the heads in first then the bottom of the bag will go in.. If it's just me and my bag I can be sloppy and put it in diagonal with room to spare, but if my wife is going also, I can fit both in side by side from left to right (or right to left) in the trunk.. And as i said above, it is a very snug fit but they fit.. I can't add another club or ball ot tee.. :)
