TBird Chrome License Plate Frame

I have found a picture of the Chrome TBird frame on a couple of occassions linked to this site. I would like to buy two but don't know where to go to buy them. Can anyone help out?

I believe it came from the Ford parts department.

The one in the accessories page is mine. Came from dealer's parts dept. Bit pricey at about $26, but nice.

Only my opinion, but shop around a bit more, That's what I am doing. The Thunderbird inscribed on the frame is not the correct one. Looks more like 80's or 90's Bird style.

57 bluebird, I completely agree with you...I really want a chrome bracket, but want one with the '02 bird logo...or one with the Thunderbird script would be nice too...I haven't been able to find anything either...please keep us posted if you find anything! Thanks.

The license plate frame in the Ford Collection catalog has the emblem and script logo side by side at the bottom. The part number is S11167 and sells for $44. I agree about it being the more 'traditional' look.

After paying $70 (a year) for my California Arts plate, I wouldn't want to hide it behind any frame!

Maybe I'm missing something here...I've been to the Ford site several times, and I am unable to locate the "Ford Collection" that you're speaking about. And the accessories portion of the site does not show a license frame

I'd like to order this license frame, but how do I get there?

Check the Ford Collection Catalog at your dealership. The catalogs have more than the website. The last book I got was the Winter 2002/Retail Edition. It still shows the Thunderbird plate on page 52. Part number is S11167, price $44.
