Could not find this info posted elsewhere but the 2002/2003 changeover has been pushed back once again. Revised dates per the Dealer News Bulletin are: 2002 Final Submit Date 9/27/2002; 2002 Build Out Date 11/15/2002; 2003 Job # 1 Date 11/18/2002.
