Replacing interior carpet

Has anyone replaced the carpet in their bird? My 04 (black interior) has a hole on the driver's side as the carpet goes up the center console. It's not in a wear spot, so I suspect there was a small hole from the beginning. The hole has gotten bigger over the years, and I have to tuck the white fibers back in the hole to keep it from being a complete eyesore.

All of the carpet places I have found only sell older model year carpets, nothing in this range. I'd like to order the carpet myself to make sure I'm getting the best price.

i am looking for a carpet for a 2002 thunderbird...any ideas where to find?
