I've got a '66 Bird Town Landau with power windows and without power-seats. What is the amperage rating for the windows/horn circuit breaker? I've seen conflicting info stating 20 and 30 amps. Also, how do you remove the circuit breaker from the fuse panel? Does the fuse panel need to be removed or can it be popped out from the front?

Make sure you add the model year of the car in the subject on your future posts. Thanks for posting. I added it for you.
