Looking down on the power steering reservoir/pump: do the lines running to the control valve run under or over the frame cross member? Given the position of the rubber insulator it seems that they should run under, but it forces one of the lines into a significant bend.

The lines run under the round cross member. There should not be a tight bend involved.
