Hello, I'm a newbie here. I have just recently purchased my Tbird. I have always wanted one. My question is how to put the tire into the cover, or put the covers around the tire. I know there is a trick to it, i just don't know what it is. Thanks

How I have installed the tire in the housing is to make a couple of wooden wedges to expand the tire ring. I push the wedges between the tire and the tire ring at the opening, which will allow you to slide the inter and outer tire covers in place. I also let the air out of the tire before I start.

That sounds like it will work, I had already tried letting the air out, but I knew there had to be a trick to it. Thanks
