If you’re having overheating problems I would go with aluminum radiator with an auxiliary fan

Google “64 TBird aluminum radiator “.
There are companies that make direct bolt in radiators for around $200.00. Direct ship from manufacturer. I have one in mine.

Thanks for the tip on Ledfoot Racing, they've got great pricing and selection. Aluminum sounds like a good move, anything to reduce the weight of these heavy birds...

Probably just take it to a radiator shop they can and will probably recore the same one. Cheaper than looking for a new one
