Ls Gets an Aluminum Center Stack!!

This is making me crazy. Can anybody here tell me why the Lincoln LS, and not the Thunderbird, is getting the center stack trim for '03 that should be in the T-Bird?? For anyone who hasn't seen the Lincoln's dash for '03, go to www.wieck.com, click on "public", and do a search for 2003 Lincoln. It looks really sharp---amazing how well it dresses up the dash. Let me know what you think.

NO the shifter gate is different and the GPS is a problem.
