Low speed gear Whine

Has anyone else heard low speed gear whine between 20 and 40MPH? I have not had the Tbird on the Highway yet. Shifting from D5 to D4 makes no difference. I have 60 Miles on it now. I did recall someone talking about this. If it is normal, I will not worry about it.
