Can anyone advise on replacing the radio antenna on my newly purchased 57 Bird please

Im asking the same thing. The antenna comes off easy but I can't find where the cable comes thru the body. Found it on the back of the radio but can't follow it. My car has AC which complicates things even further. Good luck. I'll be watching.
