I also bought the Windblox and both the wife and I enjoy using it.
cuts the wind, wind noise the heater works with it and the seat heaters. we usually turn down the heat, too much.

I looked at them a bit a few months back, the cheaper ones and the rather expensive ones. I don't feel aggravated enough with air turbulence at speed with the top down to justify one of these devices....and they all look rather klunky and a pain to install/remove...
 
Personal choice obviously
We like ours, let's you extend the top down season, pretty simple to put on and take off
 
my Windblox takes 30 sec on/off and leave it on with soft top, up or down.
the Windblox is different because its solid and not just screen.
