Yes, there are several things you'll have to get used to:

1. People Staring

2. Hearing the phrase " Hey ,Nice Car"

3. Passing someone on the freeway and when you look in your rear view mirror they are just a speck.

Seriously though, keep up your maintenance, read these forums, and enjoy cruising with the top down.

New owner to 2004 TB, and am wondering if there are any perculiar attributes to this car that I should know about.

Thanks Josh

J&B pretty well covered it - if you had a 2002 there were a couple of things... You do know that you need some sort of protection under the rear hardtop rubber seal to prevent scuffing and paint damage? New cars come with a kit of clear plastic strips that should be applied before the hardtop is put on... advise if you dont know what Im talking about.

Also there are threads here for you to post your VIN and find out what day your car was built and originally sold. Also theres a thread to determine how rare your car is... check out these two threads....

A lot of reading but you'll get a flavor of all solutions. It's really an individual choice
