Heater Control Box

Need the actuator control arm in the heater control box. It is discontinued and have not located a salvage yard that has one. Also the Ford dealer quoted 9 hours @ 105.00 per hour to repair. Any Suggestions as to a salvage yard that I could contact. Thanks Jack
