Getting ready to put the hard top back on. Any specific lubricant you would recommend for the seals?

Hi Scratch, I often (3 or 4 times a year) when I'm detailing my t-bird, I will liberally lubricate all rubber door and roof seals with silicone spray.. I will spray the silicone into a rag and wipe all the seals down 3 or 4 times...

DuPont Krytox GPL205 on hardtop mating surfaces.

Once each year apply Gummi Pflege Stift on all exterior and interior rubber and plastic surfaces (NOT tires) to include engine compartment and trunk compartment seals and all rubber surfaces on hardtop.
